I was very distraught about this charge because my job was at stake. I received a possession of marijuana charge and an illegal use of a disabled placard. After counseling and being given great advice, I completed the recommended 50 hours of community service and passing the 5-panel urine test ; which was recommended to be taken 3 days prior to the date of court ( I... also provided a copy of my resume and papers proving that I was currently employed). Approaching the day of court he sent an email to remind me what exactly I was to do prior to going into the court room. After speaking with the prosecutor, he was able to get both charges dismissed.
