After doing my due diligence research on Reckless Driving in Fairfax County I felt it would be in my best interest to hire an attorney to represent me since I had no clear evidence to winning this case on my own. He laid out the facts and probable outcome in clear concise manner without laying on the "BS" sales pitch. This put me at ease and I was very happy with the outcome (reduced down to a speeding ticket charge only!) I hired Mr. Nicholas because I was frustrated with the first attorney I hired to represent in traffic court. My case had been continued once. I was charged with going 70 in a 55.
