Luke Nichols is an excellent attorney. Calm, authoritative and very expert on DUI/DWI. He works very well with Mr Garrett Green and they negotiated my charge of DUI down to a reckless (dry) in July 2014 which was amazing given Fairfax reputation. Had a bit of a sticky situation in which I was on probation for a DUI charge, and received a reckless driving charge for both overall and going more than 10 miles over. I just got back from Prince William County District Court, where I had to answer a reckless driving summons (50 mph in a 25; don't ask). Fortunately, I had Luke Nichols representing me in the matter.
