I never needed to hire an attorney and was facing a DUI charge. Mr. Nichols was very professional, personable and thoroughly explained what I was facing and what to do. One thing to keep in mind for anyone who's in a similar situation (This is something I didn't know): All of the negotiation with the prosecutor is done on the day of your court date because the name of the prosecutor is not known until the day before. Even though you may feel anxious and nervous, there is nothing that can be done until the day of. Just do what your attorney asks you to do, so he can go and negotiate on your behalf as best as he can. Mr. Nichols knew the people at the court and is certainly knowledgeable about traffic cases.
