Great attorney

He make this things happened, my husband is a truck driver he got a ticket for reckless driving even when the trooper was neither present of the scene. Mr. Nichols reduce that to defect equipment, no points so ever. We really recommend this attorney for anyone who has a bad traffic ticket.

Not bad for a lawyer

Mr. Nichols was extremely helpful from the beginning of my reckless driving case. We had a long phone conversation at the beginning which allowed me to implement a strategy that eventually led to my charges being reduced to speeding and a fine. The process was long but Mr. Nichols was thorough and he...lpful throughout.

Great experience

Mr. Nichols was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very detailed in what I should do in order to better the outcome of my case, was willing to help me out even with little time to spare, and was able to negotiate a great deal that other attorneys had tried and failed to secure beforehand. Hi...s experience and professionalism were excellent, and I am very happy with my experience with his firm. They did a great job.

Reckless Driving

Reckless driving was dropped to a minor speeding ticket. Mr. Nichols represented me as an attorney, and he was straight forward and let me know what I needed to do to prepare to have the best fighting chance. Not going to sugarcoat it. It was a lot of work, but I completed everything (plus more to ...show that I was taking this violation seriously). In the end, even though the judge and prosecutor who showed up to handle my case were known to be tough, they've agreed to reduce my charge to a minor speeding ticket. One thing to keep in mind for anyone who's in a similar situation (This is something I didn't know): All of the negotiation with the prosecutor is done on the day of your court date because the name of the prosecutor is not known until the day before. Even though you may feel anxious and nervous, there is nothing that can be done until the day of. Just do what your attorney asks you to do, so he can go and negotiate on your behalf as best as he can. Mr. Nichols knew the people at the court and is certainly knowledgeable about traffic cases. Best of luck.
