I received a possession of marijuana charge and an illegal use of a disabled placard. After counseling and being given great advice, I completed the recommended 50 hours of community service and passing the 5-panel urine test ; which was recommended to be taken 3 days prior to the date of court ( I... also provided a copy of my resume and papers proving that I was currently employed). Approaching the day of court he sent an email to remind me what exactly I was to do prior to going into the court room. After speaking with the prosecutor, he was able to get both charges dismissed.

Luke Nichols represented me in court this morning regarding a reckless driving citation (92 in a 70 mph zone). I was full sure I would be convicted and receive a driving license suspension and potential jail time as I had a similar charge out of state in 2013. Luke was able to iron out a resolution a...nd negotiated a reduced charge of speeding 80 mph in a 70 mph zone. Brilliant result - and really unexpected. I couldn't have asked for a better result.
