Jan 2022 driving in snow/ice I lost control of my car and ended up in a ditch. Unfortunately, I just left a friends 50th Birthday Celebration. Needless to say I was charged with a DUI and numerous other charges. Having 2 previous DUIs from 20+ years ago I was facing up 12 months in prison. The search... for an attorney began. Google, Yelp, Facebook, Court Directories all give so many options your head starts to spin. I basically played meany miny moe and Frank was the 1st call. He personally answered on the 2nd ring and I was sitting in his office an hour later. Frank developed a plan and I left with a to-do checklist and a sense of relief that everything would be ok. For the next several months Jennifer checked on my progress and made sure I was doing my part of the bargain (which I was). The week of the trail I was sweating bullets my whole life wrapped up in one bad decision. Frank and Jennifer both insured me to relax and trust the system. Easier said then done but it was my only choice. Trust the system! I ended up receiving 2yrs probation and a $457 fine. My advice to anyone in a similar situation, 1st would be call an Uber , 2nd (if you forgot #1) hire Frank. Do your part and let Frank and Jennifer do theirs. Honestly they saved my life as I know it.
