All I can say is it was my first time ever being in trouble with the law. I was terrified. Gotta love OC when there is a bar every few steps and the expectation of police there is ridiculous. I wasn’t driving and probably should have been taken to a hospital... here nor there a police officer found ...me in a parking lot(I have no memory of the event) anyway i was arrested and charged. I went with frank as my lawyer. I am soooo glad I did. OC is wayyyy over the top once you get in that system. Frank stayed by me the entire time. And Jennifer, in the office, the wonderful human being that she is, was so supportive and helpful. My hearing was rescheduled 3 times! If you want a lawyer that fights for you please use Frank! Lawyers like him do not exist anymore. Needless to say he got me off with some community service and everything was expunged within a year. I saw so many lawyers in that court house not even sitting with their clients! Not Frank he never left my side

As a person with a lot on the line, life could have changed drastically without the help of Mr. Benvenuto. Whats critical in all criminal cases is to have an extensive positive relationship with all your counter parts in the judicial system. Mr. Benvenuto is a fine gentlemen who has developed thes...e relationships with "the other side." Mr. Benvenuto answer every call, every question and was always upfront and very honest. There were no surprises and his staff is just as professional and helpful throughout the entire, STRESSFUL process! Mr. Benvenuto followed my input and wishes, combined with his expertise, provided me with the outcome that was needed; NOT GUILTY. Frank and his staff were amazing, they were on top of everything throughout the whole process. Frank took great care of me, he answered any questions that I had and was always upfront and honest about what he thought was going on. Frank was always sure to call me and keep me in the loop as well. We e...nded up going to court and my case was dropped and I was free to go. 10/10 would recommend.

Mr. Benvenuto worked on a case for my daughter and worked on this case was an understatement. Despite our needs being rather small but large to us, I was so appreciative and quite frankly a bit surprised at the level of attention he gave every detail. From follow up to explanations to returning calls... to progress reports, Frank's level of engagement was exceptional. Not sure what else he could have done to represent us any better and quite frankly, there was nothing else he could do. If needed again, I would hire him in a heartbeat! So thankful!
