Paid him $2500 as part of what I was promised a payment plan. He made one court appearance where he did absolutely nothing and then demanded another $18,000 up front when I specified from the very beginning I didn’t have that kind of money and I only chose him because of his offer for a payment plan.... When I was unable to come up with that money in 24 hours he refused to answer any phone calls. Found a much more competent lawyer at less than half of Dan’s fee. I would recommend seeking counsel elsewhere. He has no real trial experience.
