I would absolutely recommend Attorney Emkey. He very intelligent and compassionate . He answered my very early AM phone calls very graciously and spent a great deal of time explaining things to me that I didn't understand initially . He sensed my anxieties and was able to reassure me in an hones...t, calm manner. Although I had my doubts about his initial suggestions, it turns out that everything he said was correct and it all turned out well. His fees are very reasonable also.
