Understanding, smart, determined representation - a great lawyer for a difficult time

Jennifer always took the time to explain my options to me. She worked hard to understand what I needed and pursued what was best for me and for my daughter. Jennifer knows family law inside and out. Best attorney in Rochester

I needed a strong and dedicated attorney to settle my case. I was going through a divorce from my wife. I also needed to work out custody arrangements pertaining to our daughter. It was a stressful time but what divorce isn't. Jennifer, was referred to me. For me, first impressions are lasting impre...ssions. I could tell Jennifer really cared about her profession. Therefore, I knew she'd value me as her client. My case wasn't just a number or dollar sign. I really felt as my case was respected and given and treated with the attention it deserved. Jennifer, was always prepared and direct with her counseling and advice. She broke down complicated "legal" language for me as it tends to get a little confusing if you're unaware about this field of work. The simplicity she created eased so much of my frustration. She's always available and easy to get a hold of. She updates you immediately and is very focused and motivated about what she does. Her expertise and dedication will a sure you that you've retained the best attorney. Jennifer Fazio is an A+ attorney who knows the law. I'd definitely recommend her.

Amazing Lawyer

I went to Jennifer as I read the reviews regarding this law firm and was not disappointed. Ms. Fazio understood the reason that I was filing for divorce and was up to date on all facets of the process. I also had a house to sell and she gave me guidance as to when in the divorce process I could hir...e a realtor to sell my house. When my ex-husband came back with unreasonable monetary demands Jennifer did not hesitate to inform his attorney that there would be no counter offer but would, instead, get a judge involved. This was resolved quickly as my ex-husband did not want to go to court as this would entail more attorney fees and we were able to reach a settlement. The entire process took less than 5 months which is a such a short amount of time considering how some divorce cases drag out for many years. I would recommend Jennifer Fazio to anyone seeking an exceptional attorney to handle their divorce or separation case.

Best Attorney

When I retained Jennifer to handle my QDRO from a previous divorce, she took it on with confidence and set my mind at ease with every aspect.
