Sound practical advice with a personal and compassionate touch

I hired Jennifer Fazio to assist me navigate a court ruling on pending divorce matter. At our first meeting she was very candid and upfront about my chances of resolving this issue. During this meeting she clearly communicated my options and make sure I fully understood them. At this point we pro...ceeded to set up a short and long term game plan. The game plan took into consideration all of my concerns and fears which allowed me to relax through the completion of my divorce proceedings.

Excellent Services and Case Results

Ms. Fazio provided excellent services, advise and explanations of process and the law. Her fees and task billings were always very accurate at an extremely reasonable cost. My case results and outcome was very fair and reasonable.

QDRO Expert!

I had an issue with my previously drafted QDRO by another lawyer. My former spouse had changed lawyers mid-stream and their paperwork had fallen through the cracks. Jennifer was able to pick up the pieces, work with my former spouse's new lawyer and get the issue resolved in a timely and thorough ...manner. Several years later, due to changes in my company's retirement plan, we had to amend my QDRO in a very quick fashion. Jennifer and her staff were able to work rather quickly and efficiently between my company's Legal staff involved in changes, my former spouse's attorney, and the court system to have the documents ready and submitted back to the retirement plan in record time. Since retirement plans are often subject to the effects of the stock market and interest rates, moving this forward in a timely manner was critical. She was able to execute and resolve in record time and well within the targeted deadline. I am so sorry I had not heard of Jennifer prior to my QDRO. Had I known of her, I would have preferred she had handled my divorce. I have been very impressed with her communication style between the courts and other lawyers, and her communication with me. It has been very professional and detailed enough so it is clear what the needs, goals and objectives are. Since I had a highly recommended lawyer previously (as well as my former spouse had his own highly recommended attorney), I have had a great opportunity to compare the communication styles and their effectiveness. Jennifer is clearly a notch above the any of the original attorney's we had used.

Jennifer is top notch!

Jennifer was hired as a replacement for a horrible lawyer named Thomas Solomon. I was in jeopardy of losing my custody case when my old lawyer dropped the ball many times over. I brought in Jennifer and she took control of the case, did her homework and got the case dismissed. I thought there wasnt a... chance for dismissal but she proved her facts and is a hard hitter that I have to recommend to anyone who has important issues that need to be resolved. This is yet another case of paying for what you get, she isnt the cheapest but when life issues arise- she is the one to call!

Jennifer Fazio Review

Jennifer was understanding, profession and tough when she needed to be. She was patient with me when I was frustrated and always kept me up to date with where we were in the process. Jennifer was always reachable by phone and email which was so helpful so I didn't have to wait until we could schedu...le an in person appointment.
