Excellent Representation

Jennifer represented me during my divorce by providing excellent consultation for the best outcome that was fair and reasonable. She listened to my objections and recommended fair compromise as well as introduced a judge during the mediation to reduce the time wasted when uncompromising disagreement...s were experienced. She further represented me in a follow-up issue which led to early termination of maintenance due to satisfaction of terms defined in the contract. Her consult provided sound legal advice to ensure that our grievance was solid leading to a slam dunk in the outcome that was petitioned for. She maintained professionalism and demonstrated compassion with every consultation with me when appropriate. In addition, she was punctual with coordinating with the other counsel during mediation as well as providing sound and appropriate arguments when disagreements went in front of the judge. I highly recommend her and would not hesitate in utilizing her services in the future.

Trustworthy expert in her field

I hired Jennifer Fazio to complete a child support modification once my oldest child reached emancipation. Jennifer was very helpful in identifying reduction for college rent that I had been paying but not deducting from the child support payments for many years. She also efficiently processed all... paperwork to the court and did not over bill or waste expensive billable time. Jennifer is honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy and strongly recommend her services.

Life-changing outcomes

I cannot recommend Jennifer strongly enough. I had a very difficult post-divorce situation best described as a series of lose-lose decisions. I had been maneuvered into a painful and seemingly unresolvable situation with my three children. Jennifer heard me out and condensed my concerns into a master...ful legal motion. Her work prompted positive court action and a settlement that leaves the door open for healing.
