Very Competent and Focused

Jennifer handled my legal matters very efficiently. All questions were answered in a timely matter. Billing was straight forward and correct.

Compassionate and Knowledgeable

Jennifer was the rock I needed to lean on during my divorce. She was always there with sound advice, but she was also incredibly kind and compassionate. I was searching for a strong assertive attorney to pick up the pieces where my previous attorney firm (E&F) hadn’t done what they said or stated that they were going to do when I first obtained them. Jennifer was recommended to me by a friend that had used her for his divorce and had great outcome. O...n our first meeting Jennifer spelled out a clear plan to protect my IRA’s from my ex that my previous attorney wanted to give her half of. Jennifer did an exceptional job showing my ex’s attorney that my IRA’s were all premarital monies and she wasn’t entitled to any of it. Jennifer is straight forward, communicates excellent and does what she said she’s going to do. My only regret is that I did not know about her (JENNIFER) when I went through my divorce at the beginning. I would highly recommend her….. I give her a 10 out of a 10…..

Divorce

I hired Jennifer Fazio last fall as my divorce attorney and prior to meeting Ms. Fazio I had much fear of not knowing what to expect. However, once I met Jennifer and saw her taking control of the situation, I felt more confident. Ms. Fazio’s lawyer’s traits and character reassured me that she woul...d advocate for me to the best of her ability. Ms. Fazio is extremely organized in gathering the facts to present her case representing me. She is well-planned, punctual, has strategy for negotiating, works behind the scene, kept me well-informed, gets to the matter at hand without going all around it. There were times when Ms. Fazio was firm with me which I needed to help stay focused. Jennifer is bold, well-spoken, confident, strong, encouraging, full of wisdom, kindness, and compassion. In addition, the office staff from the receptionist to Ms. Fazio’s paralegal, were welcoming and kind. I plan to hire Ms. Jennifer Fazio sometime in the near future to prepare legal documents for my Will, Health Care Proxies, and Power of Attorney.
