Attention to detail

My wife's attorney wrote our separation agreement and after Jennifer read it, she found it poorly done and redid it to correct legal standards. She was very good about communicating with me during the divorce process. I saw and approved all documents (and their revisions) before she went forward. ...Everything that she sent to court went through "without a hitch". She made me aware of my rights after my wife and I had gone through mediation, but was very supportive of what we had accomplished, and incorporated our desires into the separation agreement. She was knowledgeable about division of our assets under New York State law. I also hired her to do a new will, power of attorney and health care proxy after we had finished the divorce. I feel I am in a good place, legally. Divorce is not fun and takes longer than you want. Jennifer made the process much easier.

Custody Petition

I retained Jennifer for a modification of custody petition. From the first meeting she was very attentive to my needs and informative about the best way to proceed. Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the specific judge assigned to my case and was able to strategize our plan to maximize favorable r...esults. The attorney you NEED to have

Jennifer handled my very difficult and lengthy divorce. She worked with me financially, professionally, and personally. She listened and took action. Highly Reccomend

Ms. Fazzio did a great job for me with my child support case and I would highly suggest you contact her if you have divorce/custody needs in a court of law. My only regret is that I did not know about her when I went through my divorce and chose a different attorney. She is responsive and keeps y...ou in the loop and gets things done quickly and correctly. I give her an A+ rating.

Really looked out for my best interests

After doing my due diligence while researching a divorce attorney, I found Jennifer Fazio. Jennifer and her staff were very easy to work with, especially given the emotional rollercoaster than I was on. She was very thorough in explaining the complexity of separation and divorce and really looked o...ut for my best interest. She was professional but assertive when she needed to be.
