Fiandach is the VERY Best!

I was involved in an accident and, unfortunately, I had had too much to drink. At 3:45 AM I called Ed Fiandach's service and Ed promptly answered the phone. He ran me through a through litany of questions and advised me not to take the breath test. The next day (a Saturday) I phoned Ed Fiandach and h...e scheduled me for an appointment. At that appointment, I hired him and I am SO glad I did. He and his associates managed to beat the refusal revocation. At trial, Ed Fiandach was superb. His court room style is like something out of the best lawyer show ever. I could tell that even the prosecutor and my Judge were in awe of his talent. Thank-you Ed Fiandach, from the bottom of my heart.

DWAI

One night in a bad snow storm I slid on ice and went off the road. When the police arrived I was arrested for DWI and charged with DWAI as I blew less than .08. Terrified for my future career I wanted to call the best lawyer I had heard of. Ed gave me a generous financial break as I was a college ...student and my case was easy due to the very little evidence the officer had. He agreed to personally represent me as I was naive and didn't know their reputation was built on several lawyers successes. Ed listened to what I wanted brought up and even though the case seemed like an easy win for him I bawled when the judge said "not guilty" and Ed came out to hug me. He believed in me and was able to prove that me and my driving weren't impaired by alcohol but by the weather. So thankful!

Smart, Tenacious, and Caring Attorney Who Will Represent his Clients to the Best of His Ability

I hired Ed Fiandach after being pulled over for no cause after a big Syracuse game (I have Syracuse plates on my car). The officer asked me if I had been drinking and asked me to step out of the car. I had a couple of drinks with my father along with dinner before the game but stopped drinking severa...l hours prior to driving my father back home. I was not comfortable taking a breathalyzer at the scene because I had never been in this situation and was therefore arrested for DWI. Down at the station, I called and got Ed live on the phone around 1:30 AM. Ed asked me important yes or no questions and advised me to take the breathalyzer without evening retaining him at that point. I blew well under the legal limit for DWI and was released with 4 traffic violations. I hired Ed to fight for me in court particularly for the misdemeanor of failure to breathalyze at the scene. He fought for the dismissal in court based on unconstitutional grounds and won. His expertise, tenacity and caring attitude saved me from a wrongful DWI conviction. He is a top notch attorney who listens, cares and fights for his clients rights and I highly recommend him as an attorney!

Thank you!

Gave me great advice & informed me of a pending appeal of the law that applies to my case. I would never have known this. Now I will wait & see before I take any other action. He was also very personable!

Hired To Defend me on a DWI Refusal case

I hired Mr. Fiandach because of his reputation. His actions in the court room proved that he truly lives up to that reputation. Though my arrest was a first time offense; my situation had extreme exigent circumstances. I was a refusal which I learned makes it much more difficult to make a plea dea...l. In our county (Monroe) their policy is to NOT offer DWAI pleas to Refusals. I sincerely considered taking the plea offered; a DWI with the minimum penalties. Mr. Fiandach strongly opposed it due to the lack of evidence against me. However, anyone who is in the unfortunate position as I was, sometimes are not willing to take the risks that attorneys ask of us; after all, in the end, it is US who have to deal with the end result. Prior to going to trial, I spoke to a few people who had seen Mr. Fiandach perform in the courtroom. The consistent remarks from all of them were to listen to what he says and let him do what he does. Fortunately, I did. The trial went forward and I was able to witness Mr. Fiandach do his thing. At the end of the trial Mr. Fiandach made an excellent compelling statement that even the judge could not discount. I went from almost taking a DWI plea to having all the DWI related charges completely dismissed. Obviously I am very pleased with the end result, but above and beyond all that, the other thing I liked about Mr. Fiandach was that he had fairly good communication with me. If anyone has ever had to deal with attorneys, they know that they are some of the hardest people to get through to..... and nothing is worse in a time of personal crisis not being able to talk things over with your attorney. I can firmly state that if anyone came to me for a recommendation for a DWI lawyer, Ed would be it
