Today was a gas. It was my first day in court with Mr. Fiandach and the judge asked him for advice on the law on someone elses' case. Yes, another case with a person who had another lawyer. The Judge looked to Mr. Fiandach, mentioned his book, asked where the answer could be found and then, becaus...e he did not have the book with him asked what the answer was. Yup, I made the right choice!

I couldn't believe it. Today was my first appearance in court and the Judge asked Mr. Fiandach for advice on someone elses' case. Yes advice on another person's case. The other man was represented by another lawyer and there was a question about the law. The Judge commented about not having Mr. ...Fiandach's book with him then asked Mr. Fiandach where the answer would be found. When he told him, the Judge asked him what the answer was and Mr. Fiandach told the court what the law was! Yup, I made the right choice.

Words really can't describe this guy. He is fabulous. I and my family owe our future to him. I know I was guilty, very guilty (.17) but he never gave up. Although I was discouraged through much of the process, on the day of trial, Ed produced a document that destroyed the breath test. After it w...as over, and I'm not kidding, the Judge told Ed his nickname should be "Magic"!

Immediately after being charged with my DWI, I called a number I'd heard on the radio. I met with the lawyer, but just wasn't feeling it.
