As this was my first offense, I was more than worried. The staff at Fiandach & Fiandach put me totally at ease. Ed Fiandach personnally handled my case. Although at our first meeting, Ed couldn't guarantee the outcome, he did recommend going to trial and was relatively certain that I could receive... a lesser charge. Was I surprised when I finally was at trial, that the Judge dismissed the case outright. Mr. Fiandach was right, you never know what will happen. However, even if the outcome were different, I felt confident that Ed and his staff were totally prepared for my defense. Although I wouldn't hope for anyone I know to find themselves in the position I was in, I would recommend Fiandach and Fiandach to them if they were.

When I first met with these guys I felt like my life was over. They encouraged me and were very positive. I had a b.a.c level of .17 and I was consistantly hopeful due to how well the firm worked with me. The judge dismissed the entire case. Thanks to all the hard work of this firm. These guys are AM...AZING! I won't make this mistake ever again but if I need to recommend a firm this is the only firm I would back with my whole heart. Thank you so much Ed and associates!
