I first contacted Ronda for consultation on a property I was interested in. Ronda was very helpful and I felt like she was working just for me and nobody else. As a result of that feeling I decided to hire Ronda as my real estate lawyer. In the last year Ronda has represented me in four real estate... deals and I am still amazed each time with not only her service but also her team. Real estate agents of the sellers have mentioned to me how quickly Ronda and her team have reached out to them to gather information. This makes me feel even more confident that I have a lawyer that represent me in every way to ensure I don't run into any surprises after the deal is done. Anytime I want to speak or email anybody at the office, I can that same day. Peace of mind knowing I picked the right team is a great feeling. When I am ready to make a purchase offer on a property, I notify the sellers agent and Ronda. Then I sit back and let Ronda and her team do what they do best and they always reach out and let me know how the progress is going and what will be coming next. I appreciate their honesty,handwork, and dedication every time they represent me. Ronda and her team, were AMAZING. What a pleasure. I couldn't have had a better experience in purchasing real estate. I purchased a HUD home, which comes with some extra hoops to jump through. Robin her assistant was an expert, doing things ahead of schedule, so that everything would come toget...her perfectly. Ronda came recommended by my real estate agent. I was new to Syracuse. I read a review before calling, the review was negative. I thought to myself, I'm going to use her anyway, because you cant believe everything, and usually people don't take the time to write about good experiences. I was so happy I went with Ronda. It has been since spring last year that I closed on the home, and I was just thinking of how great they were, and finally got around to reviewing them. Good job Ronda and Robin.

I hired this lawyer on the recommendation of my realtor. Whenever I called she or her assistants were not available. Messages were not returned. I was not kept informed as to the status in regards to the sale of my house. If you don't know the right questions to ask, the information is not shared.... I never saw any figures prior to the closing!
