Matt was very good. He was referred by a friend. Now here is the twist. My wife & I purchased a home in 2001. From all aspects it appeared to be a straight forward transaction. Fast forward 16 years (even after multiple refinances). We place our house on the market & we get an acceptable offer relati...vely quickly. Matt handled the contract which went smoothly. As we were preparing to set a closing get date, Matt & his office notice something odd in the deed. There was a life estate in the original deed. Which in short meant that the people we bought the house from in 2001 still had an interest in our home. After 5 months of research & work, Matt & his office found a way to get the job done...... It was extremely stressful from our side, but Matt & his office kept assuring us that it would all work out. They did a great job, hope this review is helpful.
