professional, attentive, thorough

My wife and I highly recommend Matt. We used him as our buyer's attorney. He is professional, attentive, thorough, and responsive to inquiries. As first time home buyers, we really needed someone to lean on. Matt took the time to explain the entire buying process and really calmed our nerves with... his confidence and real estate know-how.

Excellent replacement

I was referred to Matt after firing my previous lawyer. I was very impressed by Matt's consistent communication with me during my closing process. At closing, he explained everything and was very professional throughout my entire home buying process. I would definitely recommend him.

Best in class

So Happy I hired Mr. Matthew Tannenbaum

I hired Matthew for a closing on a property in Suffolk country. He was extrememly thorough and very easy to work with. It was my first time purchasing real estate and he took the time to explain every last detail to me. There was an issue with our land survey and Matthew quickly noticed the discrepan...cy which ended up saving me 5 figures on the purchase price. I will definitely use him for future purchases.
