I hired Matt on May 10 for an eviction proceeding against my tenant for nonpayment. We consulted for 40 minutes and found out my certified mailings to the tenant were not good enough to proceed. The only discrepancy was that the court charged 45 dollars over 30 dollars for 'processing fees'. Bottom line, Nassau county cops and courts are greedy and need to make money. Matthew is your man for beating the greed and helping out individuals who would like to avoid points and reduce fines.

Mr. Tannenbaum was prompt, proffessional and took his time answering all my questions. My son recieved a speeding ticket and I was worried about the cost and long term effect on my insurance.
