I had an acute situation with a horrible tenant who was supposed to vacate, and instead, notified me that same day that she was not leaving, despite the fact I had a new tenant... scheduled to move in shortly thereafter. My family hired Matt Tannenbaum to help resolve a very thorny dispute with a neighbor who was trying to block the sale of my family's home by claiming adverse possession.
