Matt was and is a very helpful lawyer and very informative. This was my first landlord/tenant case, and he was able to walk me through the process and help deal with the most difficult tenants especially during this pandemic. Although the process did not come to a complete end, I am sure I will have ...a good ending with Matt as my lawyer. Matt also deals with housing closures.
