After we entered intio contract for a normal closing date, the buyer requested a close date in 10 days from date of contract - Matt was superior in every way and was able to assist me to provide all documentation so we could close ...at requested date. After recieving some serious traffic violations, Matt was recommended by a friend. After our !st phone conversation, it was very clear that Matt knew exactly what he was talking about and i felt very comfortable going forward with him as my attorney. He kept me informed of all possible outcomes good ...and bad. We went to court several times and never was there for more than 30 min which was important as not to miss work.
