Joe was absolutely great. He analyzed the details of our specific situation and suggested a very measured, non-aggressive approach which was very much in line with our way of thinking. He helped us through a very difficult time, and we'd absolutely use him again should similar legal needs come to pas...s. Also, he's a really nice guy.

I hired Joseph Lento to review documents for me and to give me a consultation. I paid him $350. Joseph set up a call for us. When I called in at the designated time, Joseph told me that his litigation team was busy and that he wanted them on the call, then asked me if I could reschedule. I showed up ...to the rescheduled call, and was unable to access the call after calling twice. I had to email Joseph and call back in order to get access to the call. Once on the call, Joseph began to give an extremely vague description of one aspect of my case. He then asked me to explain the case to John, another person on the call. I asked Joseph if he had in fact reviewed my documents and would be capable of briefing his colleague on the details of the case. Joseph immediately became defensive and told me “this isn’t going to work out, we need to make clean break going forward,” and told me he would refund my money. I left the call because I was upset that Joseph had not done the work that I paid him to do. I called the firm to ask for a refund and was told that I was “too argumentative” on the call. The person who told me I was too argumentative then hung up on me. I still have not been given a refund.

Mr. Lento and his team are very understanding. Never treating cases in a “cookie cuttter” manner. Him and his team accommodate for each individual situation. He’s relieved stress from a tough time in my life and I can not say how much I appreciate it. It means so much to that there are people out the...re not just in it for the money, but to help. Highly recommend Mr. Lento and his team for anyone going through tough times with the court system.
