Given an unfortunate experience, contacted Joseph because of a helpless feeling and disbelief on how a professor can lie, and then turn on students, while still lying, at the end of a school year during finals week, causing students extra stress, and accusing them of cheating, when they were told the...y could collaborate and share, and use internet for assistance on work and remote testing. Joseph helped with understanding academic integrity form options and typical university scenarios based on choices on the form. He was so very quick to respond to questions and concerns. Even before our payment went through, we were quickly collaborating and then setting up a meeting time to discuss fears and concerns and options. They were very quick, responsive and helped us get a meeting almost immediately because it was finals week the professor pulled things. This helped calm nerves during finals week and helped the understanding of the best path to pursue given a set of options from university. I cannot say enough good things about Joseph Lento. He wanted to ensure we knew the typical and most frequent choices made in such scenarios. I'd definitely want to call on him again if ever needed. (but hope I don't have to!)
