Mr. Lento was hired for a Title IX case from the get-go in which he responded timely with appropriate information. The case was resolved with a decent outcome, albeit with the information given I believe it could have been dealt with decidedly better. After all the information was fully presented fr...om both sides, a reasonable outcome would be for the client to be abstained of anything which did not occur. I cannot entirely blame or put fault on Mr. Lento as most colleges if not all have very bias processes and individuals in Title IX offices. That being said, if you are looking for a lawyer that can help give a good outcome then Mr. Lento is your guy but if you are looking for someone who is willing to go over the top and really push for you I would look for someone else.
