I found Daniel Yaniv after speaking with another uncontested divorce lawyer I was not quite sure about. I wanted to be sure I chose the right lawyer for my divorce, and although at first I was hesitant to choose one of the top ranking search results, I thought I'd make a call and see how it goes. Mu...ch to my surprise (and relief) as soon as I called I was connected to Daniel who answered all of my initial questions. He is extremely knowledgable, and gave me an option to expedite my case (which the first lawyer I'd spoken to did not know about, simply stating it would take about 6-8 months or so; note this other lawyer I spoke with is not affiliated with Yaniv & Assoc.), which was really what I needed. I checked about some reviews online which Daniel pointed me to, and I felt confident in my decision to have his firm work on my divorce. Follow up from there was always extremely prompt and thorough, and Daniel even answered some of my emails over the weekend. My papers had been signed, returned to the firm, and thus ready to be submitted to court around August 21. I got the email update stating my divorce was granted on September 16. Amazingly fast. I am SO glad I chose Daniel Yaniv, and I can't thank him enough!!! It was such a thorough and painless process even though divorce is anything but painless. Daniel made it that much easier and put my mind at ease despite the major life change I was going through. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Daniel!!!

I did not hear from him too much but he kept to his word on how things were going to proceed and on the time frame involved. Suggestion-----I called the office to get an update and it was given to me by (what I assumed to an assistant or an office employee)I would have rather gotten the update from ...the person who charged me the fee.

Even though I've never heard about this law firm, a friend recommended them to me and I just trusted my friend and went for it, though skeptical. I think it was one of the best decisions I've made and now I'm going to get married to my fiancée in good time and as schedule.
