I was happily surprised that after giving my information at the initial phone call, I was able to speak to the attorney himself, and found him to be very courteous and amiable, with a professionalism that I wouldn't have expected from someone who I just met through the internet. During the processing... time (which actually took longer than 45 days,presumably because it involved a party that was out-of the country)I was given follow-up emails and my concerns were addressed sufficiently during my phone conversations. Will highly recommend this firm!
