How to make a stressful process not stressful at all? I contacted D. Yaniv's office in September and I was explained the divorce process very clearly. I don't even know where to begin. 5 years ago I married someone I thought I knew only to find out later he was actually married to someone else. I was told the marriage was invalid due to the fact that he was married at the time of our union. We parted ways and that was the end of it. I'm newly engag...ed and planning to wed soon, and it was suggested to me that I look into whether or not I need to obtain a divorce from the previous martiage. Phone call after phone call and precious time spent I found out 10/13/15 that I indeed need the divorce. Im worried and I'm scanning Google to find out how quickly I can do this because all of my wedding plans have started and I need this to be done so I can start my new life. I find Yaniv, and he and his team guide me through everything that needs to be done. I had no confusion about the process but knew if I did they were an email or phone call away. I had to expedite the process since I was on a time crunch. The completed paperwork reached their office by 10/22 and would be ready for submission in 5-7 business days and I would be notified when the divorce was granted. I'm happy to say that today I received the best email indicating that the divorce has been granted!! Less than one month! I am forever grateful for this team's professionalism, and I would hands down recommend them to everyone. Worth every last penny!
