Divorce is no fun at all. Having a lawyer that is helpful and kind makes a tough process easier. Mr. Yaniv was incredibly kind and patient from start to finish. He answered my many questions, was patient when my divorce required multiple drafts, and was kind and funny. It was easy to get in touch ...with him and he was always patient and helpful. Once our divorce papers were signed, the actual processing was quick and seamless. No one wants to get a divorce, but I would recommend Mr. Yaniv to any of my friends going through this tough situation.

I made the call and I was given three different option. I went with the expenditing which is one month and I can attest and say my divorce was granted within thirty days. Mr.Daniel did a great job. I thought the process will be over by now . I paid 250 $ to expedite theprocess , but I need to wait another 3-4 weeks for recieve the copy of judgment of divorce . It was not clearly specified . Other than that the service was great . I was informed of the progress in the ...proceedings . Thanks

I wanted to get a divorce quickly, however processing times in any borough varied from 6 to 8 month. I was very happy to here that Yaniv and associates were able to file outsite of NY Metro area and the whole process was going to take about 6 weeks ( 2 weeks to get the paperwork ready + 4 weeks to ge...t the court ruling). In exactly 6 weeks i received an email confirming that my divorce was grated, but it takes another 2 weeks to receive a certified copy of judgement of divorce. Overall, a very good experience.
