Victor was great through the whole process from day one of me reaching out. He responded quick, explained the process and explained the route I could of taking he is honest about it doesn’t promise you about winning the case he is human and some times he does get beat in court. But I took my chances ...and felt had the best chance of winning with him. I initially had a court date a year from my infraction he ended up emailing 2 weeks before court date and informed that the dmv dismissed the ticket that a error ended up being found. I got my speeding ticket in March of 2018 and contacted Mr. Bernace for a consultation before pleading not guilty.
