I usually don't make a stink when I get a ticket especially if I'm in the wrong, however this time around, I was NOT! So I asked around & was given Mr. Bernace number who was highly recommended by a friend. I called, left a message & within the hour I got a call back from Mr. Bernace himself, I exp...lained my situation in regards to the ticket & Mr. Bernace took it from there. That was early Jan 2015 FFWD to Jan 2016 & I am happy to say, I have 0 points on my license thanks to Mr. Bernace.

Mr. Bernace represented me for a traffic ticket in Bronx Fordham Court. He was correct in that I would be found guilty and have to pay the resulting fines. I didn't mind using him anyway as I felt it gave me a better chance than representing myself. The process was unbelievable. I never physicall...y met him. I contacted him through his website, emailed a picture of the ticket to him and that was all he needed. The points or fines on the ticket (I don't remember which) was reduced just as he'd stated he would fight for and that was it. Did I have my ticket dismissed? No. Was I blown away by him altogether? YES! This is where the story goes from okay and acceptable to phenomenal - I had to pay the fine within 30 days of the court date or else my license would automatically be suspended. Work gets in the way and I don't even remember responding to Mr. Bernace after he'd informed me of the judge's decision which was quite rue of me. Irrespective of that, completely unexpected and far outside the scope of what he was paid to do, Mr. Bernace CONTACTED ME JUST BEFORE THE THIRTY DAYS WAS UP TO REMIND ME TO PAY THE FINE!!!!!!! I'd completely forgotten and would have had my license suspended for sure if not for him. I'm still floored by that. He's the best just for that alone. I highly recommend him.

I saw mr. Bernace fighting tickets at the Bronx dmv. I decided to hire him over other lawyers because he was the only lawyer who seemed to patiently listen to his costumers. When I saw him lose a case, he still took the time to explain why he lost to a client. I was lucky enough that he won my case!... Recommend him highly, he fights casses like a lawyer but treats people with respect, like a gentleman.

I contacted Victor on Monday for a case the following day. Victor called me back right away. Took my case and Won!!!!!!. Great service. Listened to my explanation and took it from there. I did not have to take a day off from work. Had extreme piece of mind and received a favorable result. Coul...d Not ask for more. And his fee is the most reasonable you will find!
