talk about finding a needle in a haystack!!. Mr Bernace did just that and my speeding ticket was dismissed!. If most of you havent figured it out by now most of NY and surrounding areas have a speed limit of 25 miles per hr. One night while going to pickup my daughter from school in the Bronx, I was ...issued a summons for speeding 40 in a 25. Not sure how that happened since I was stopped at a light and then pulled over not 50 feet after the light. Long story short Mr Bernace was able to show that the officer made a series of mistakes on the summons as well as when the officer showed up to court, the Judge completely dismissed the entire summons. Mind you this is typically not the norm, but it really helps when you have someone fighting for you and looking out for your best interest. thank you
