I thank God he fought for me like his own son

I was automotive accident in Feb. At first I didn’t feel any pain. Then the next day I woke up in a world of pain, I couldn’t even move. That is when I went to the hospital. It was in the emergency room that I was told I needed therapy. That is when I decided to look into a lawyer. A friend referred ...me to the law offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff. I have never been the type to sue but I did not want to get stuck with any long term with bills or ailments. I came to see Michael and he told me that I had a case. I was not expecting to make as much as I did. I thank God he fought for me like his own son.

I have not met anyone else that is more passionate about helping their clients

After my accident, I thought I was okay. The next day though, my neck, back and shoulders started to hurt really bad. So I went to the hospital. During my time in the hospital is when my sister told me about the law offices of Michael Lamonsoff. The whole process was great. When I went to see hi...m, he helped me find a place for therapy. I was not expecting that. I never had to leave home or do anything that made me uncomfortable. His staff was professional and on top of everything. I was told just to rest and Michael would take care of everything else. And he did. If you are reading this, Michael is definitely worth it.

I have known MSL for over 10 years. He is an amazing guy.

The law office of Michael S. Lamonsoff took very good care of me. He handled everything from making sure I had the proper medical help, made sure bills were paid, he always got back to me and he is great representation in court. He is the only lawyer that I know that is going to fight like hell for t...heir client. I have recommended and do recommend Michael to anybody who thinks they have a case.

My accident

On December 11, 2015, I was on my way to work in Jamaica, Queens, when I got t-boned by a truck. The impact was so intense that I almost crashed into a house. After the crash, when I stated I didn’t want to take any payments for the car from the truck driver, he responded, “You’re not going to get an...ything, so you might as well settle outside of court.” I instantly started feeling pain, from a headache to back and shoulder pain. I immediately called 911 and provided my information. From there, I drove myself to urgent care. In the police report, the driver claimed I came out of nowhere and was trying to place the blame on me. That week, I contacted the Law Office of Michael S. Lamonsoff after being referred by my brother. Since the accident through now, I’ve been in therapy. It’s been a great experience at the law firm. Everyone is so friendly.
