False Arrest in Queens

I was falsely arrested in Queens last October. My boyfriend was approached by an undercover officer (who did not identify himself) outside of my home and fled when the officer threatened to shoot him. I went home while the pursuit was in progress and was later called and asked to bring my boyfriend... some supplies to the jail. When I arrived at the precinct, they arrested me under false charges of drug possession and held me for 24 hours before the charges were dropped. I found The Law Offices of MSL online with just a simple Google search and I was really impressed with the reviews. When I went into this, I thought I wasn't going to get anything for what happened to me. I actually have won a very nice settlement. The professionals at this office made a real effort to stay in touch with me, even sending me cards on my birthday and Christmas. They made me feel like I was important and my case was important. I'm really happy with this experience and would recommend this office to anyone.

The Absolute Best in the Business

We were rear-ended by a semi-truck on the highway a few years ago. My shoulder, back, and ribs injured which required years of physical therapy. I'm still in pain and probably always will be. I couldn't be more grateful to Michael Lamonsoff for being my attorney. He is the best in the business an...d did an absolutely perfect job with my case. I've worked with other attorneys and no one even comes close to this man's professionalism and expertise. Now that this ordeal is finally over and I can move on with my life, I just can't thank him enough.

The Guy You Want in Your Corner

My wife and I were struck by an 18-wheeler on the Staten Island Expressway in January 2012. It smashed into our car and ripped my shoulders and herniated discs in my neck, requiring two surgeries and a recommended third that I haven't gotten yet. I was represented by Michael Lamonsoff back in the... late 90s when I was struck and injured by a drunk driver, and I knew immediately that there was no one else I'd rather have representing me after this happened. I come to Michael because he doesn't take any B.S. from anybody. I've seen him in action against insurance companies, against all sorts of stonewalls and he really doesn't back down. If I need him in the middle of the night, if I have an emergency, even when I had a heart attack (unrelated to this accident) he was there. He's always available and genuinely cares about his clients. I don't think you should have a single second thought about hiring Michael Lamonsoff.

I heard they were the best - Was not disappointed!

I was referred to Mr. Lamonsoff by a cousin of mine who said he was the best. My cousin was right. Every time I call the law office, I get to talk to someone who knows what's going on with my case and is willing to talk to me and tell me what's happening. They also keep me up to date. Whether I c...alled or not, they were always touching base with me to make sure I was in the loop. I had a lot of back problems and neck pain as well as needing surgery on my knee after my accident. I needed the support and compassion I got from the Law Offices of Michael Lamonsoff.

I'm Just so Grateful!

I was hit by a reversing van as a pedestrian last year. The accident completely mangled my foot. Thank God I can walk on it still, but it will never be the same again. I am unbelievably appreciative of everyone at the Law Offices of Michael Lamonsoff. In addition to being friendly and accessible,... the whole team there is just the absolute best in the business. I might never get my foot back, but I have recovered I think the most I possibly could through working with them. When it came time to collect my check, I took myself into the office just to see everyone one last time. I'll never forget the work that Michael and his team did for me and how happy I am with the outcome.
