No Fault Injury in the Bronx

I was in an accident in December of 2013 that resulted in injuries to my neck and back and permanent numbness in my left arm (elbow and wrist). My aunt was former client of Michael Lamonsoff and couldn't recommend him enough. The upkeep here is phenomenal. Everyone stayed in touch regularly, profe...ssional and friendly, and even remembered my birthday! I was always kept so informed about everything that was going on. I'm going to refer anyone who needs an attorney to Michael Lamonsoff

Slip and Fall in the Bronx

I slipped and fell on a staircase back in October of 2014. The floor was wet and the lights were out, making the whole staircase very dangerous. My back and knee were injured as well as several bruised ribs. I had to get surgery on my knee. A lady in my apartment community recommended Michael Lam...onsoff to me when she heard what happened. They took care of me, sending a car to pick me up and bring me to the office when I called. I was able to talk to Mr. Lamonsoff directly about my case. I was notified of everything that happened in my case. I was always up to speed on it and I loved that. I have already recommended Mr. Lamonsoff to several people and will continue to do so.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY

I had a slip and fall that required both of my knees being replaced. I also have 3 herniated discs from the accident. I was recommended by a friend of mine who was a very satisfied client of Michael Lamonsoff's. Getting set up with the law firm was easy and I was treated with class and respect the... whole way. Mr. Lamonsoff represented me in an aggressive, powerful way. I was given TWO offers that weren't up to scratch, one in a mediation and one in the trial, and I was able to refuse BOTH until they came up with something that was more appropriate for my suffering. The professionalism here is unbelievable. As soon as my son saw how professional and able the lawyers at Michael Lamonsoff's offices were, he knew that's what he wanted to do with his life. I am extremely satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone who needs representation in a case like mine.

Neck and Shoulder Injury (Manhattan)

My neck and shoulders were injured in a car accident last November. My cousin was a former (and very satisfied) client of Michael Lamonsoff's and suggested I call him. The law firm took action right way to help me and the process was quick and painless. I am 100% satisfied with everything Mr. Lamo...nsoff did for me. 20 years ago, I was in a similar accident and it gave me a very bad impression of lawyers, especially when it comes to staying up to date and in contact - working with Michael Lamonsoff proved me wrong. I was always aware of what was going on in my case and felt like I personally knew the people working on it. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Lamonsoff to anyone needing an attorney.

Best Lawyer in New York City

When all of this started, people told me how much I should expect. I never, never, NEVER expected to get over ten times as much as they were predicting! I am so at a loss for words. I had to get surgery on my shoulder after my accident, which resulted in a lot of pain and suffering. Michael Lamon...soff made this so easy and seamless. His people always updated me. I always knew what was going on with the case. It's hard to write a review because I'm so speechless. My family recommended him to me and they were so happy with him that they were sure I would be too. I'll just say I can't recommend him enough.
