Unbelievable Outcome - Construction Plaintiff Wins Big!

I am a Construction Superintendent for The City of New York. I was signaling the crane with a piece of concrete pre-cast, when I freestanding piece of pre-cast weighing approximately 9,000 Lbs fell and pinned against a stack of ply wood. The Construction site was a disaster; it wasn't properly mainta...ined and adequate safety measures were not taken. We were lifting from a non-approved hoisting area. I was in the hospital when I interviewed several attorneys. I found Michael to be the most professional and well-suited for my construction accident. My experience with the office was very smooth, and Michael was very attentive to all of my needs. I am extremely pleased with the end result of my case. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a great construction personal injury attorney!

Excellent Attorney - smooth, attentive, fast results!

I was involved in a t-bone car accident during the holidays. When I came to The Law Offices of Michael Lamonsoff, the staff really made me feel welcome. Great office, great job! Thanks Michael.

I was assaulted by the police outside of a nightclub on New Years 2013. I was referred to Michael by my friend who was also involved in the incident, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Michael to represent me. Everyone at the Offices of Michael Lamonsoff were awesome - friendly, funny, organized,... and gentle in their handling of my case. Excellent, Knowledgeable, and Very Professional Lawyer!

I suffered a slip and fall accident on February 20, 2014 on a restaurant premises and called Michael right away to take on my case. Unfortunately, this was not my first accident in which I had to call Michael. He handled both of my cases very professionally. Knowledgeable Hardworking Lawyer! Positive Results!

I was falsely arrested and detained by the police in Winter of 2014 in Manhattan. I found Michael on Google. I was immediately impressed by the way the reception and case managers handled the details of my situation. After to speaking to Matthew, I was confident that this firm would get the job done....
