Victim of a hit and run

I was hit by a car while crossing the street in February of this year in Queens. The car was going the wrong way on a one-way street and crushed me. My foot was badly broken which has resulted in a lot of physical therapy and I will be in pain for at least the next several years if not the rest of ...my life. The car sped off, leaving me on the ground after being pinned to a wall. It was terrible. I was referred to Michael Lamonsoff by a cousin of mine who'd had a great experience as his client. I can't say enough good things about working with this law office and with Michael Lamonsoff specifically. It has been fantastic, stupendous, amazing. He is incredibly diligent and aggressive and does his best to really FIGHT for you. It has been the best choice I've ever made in my life. You won't find a better attorney in NYC.

The Greatest!

I was involved in a False Arrest incident on October 23, 2014. I was able to locate and retain the the Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff as my attorneys via researching attorneys on the internet. I found that Michael Lamonsoff had the best reputation .... He definitely lived up to his reputation ...... and then some. Michael resolved my case very quickly without any hassles and complaints. I would absolutely refer other friends and family members to Michael Lamonsoff as I know they would be well taken care of.

Head Injury - Car Crash in Brooklyn

I was involved in a large pile-up accident in Brooklyn in which the car that caused the accident fled the scene. I was rear-ended and completely blacked out. The only thing I remember is the collision. I had a concussion and two herniated discs which left me needing physical therapy for life. ... I had a cousin who'd worked with Michael Lamonsoff in the past who couldn't recommend him enough. They said he was the best, so that's who I called. It was an excellent experience and I have no complaints at all. The communication of this office and the fact that the owner takes personal time to deal with each and every client just made this the best experience it possibly could be. If anyone I know ever needs a lawyer, this is the only one I will ever recommend.

Shoulder Injury from Auto Accident

In November of 2013, I was rear-ended at a stoplight. My shoulder was injured. I've been recommended surgery and a lot of physical therapy. I was recommended to Michael Lamonsoff by my sister. I received excellent service from the staff, especially the attorneys under Mr. Lamonsoff. No one was c...ondescending or short, everything was explained to me and I was kept updated regularly. Everyone made me feel comfortable, which is so important when dealing with a trauma like this. Mr. Lamonsoff works very diligently and bravely to come to the best possible outcome for every case. I couldn't appreciate the work he did for me more. Everything was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone at all to this law firm.

They get the job done!

I was crossing the street in the Bronx last August when an SUV hit me. I was severely injured. My feet were run over and my back (upper and lower), neck, and shoulders were hurt. I suffered from five slipped discs (2 in my neck and 3 in my back). I will be in physical therapy for the rest of my l...ife. A friend of mine recommended Michael Lamonsoff to me. Everything that this law office does is incredibly professional. I was brought in and handled with care and expertise and my case was treated as very important. Everyone from the assistants to the paralegals to the attorneys are on point. They made sure everything I was doing was the best action for me, they made sure everything that happened in the case was brought to my attention. I was always kept up to date, nothing was hidden from me, and I loved that transparency. This is a wonderful firm. I recommend anyone at all to come here. I sent my boyfriend here just the other day!
