Vicious Bull dog /unbelievable person also!

I can’t express enough how much Dan has done for not only me but my seven year old boy who would’ve been without his father for 6 months. My son and I have never spent one day apart and if I was found guilty that was the outcome. For 4 years Dan has been there for me no may what even when it came to ...money his main concern was for his client to be found not guilty. Although it went on for that amount of time when it came time for court he was prepared very professional and remained confident when it came down to the wire he never gave up on me and our case was victorious without a shadow of doubt. If you need a lawyer I would want no one else in my corner than Mr Berger!!! Honestly not only has he made sure I was found innocent. He kept me home with my family. I really can’t express enough that Mr. Berger will fight and fight till he wins. He will always be a winner and will always be in my corner if I need him.

Attorney of the year!

Daniel is an excellent attorney, and a great person as well! He really does care about his clients and does his upmost diligence to ensure the best possible outcome.
