Courteous Service

Mr. Berger stayed the course with us to wrap up our matter during a very busy day on his calendar. Communications in virtual court aren't the easiest and we were going to be shuffled to another court date to resolve our matter even though everyone was prepared to complete the process that day. Desp...ite the time crunch Mr. Berger stayed on so we could finish with the court. FYI, the matter was settled favorably with Mr. Berger's representation. Mr. Berger always picked up the phone and responded promptly to a text message. I had a much different experience with a lawyer about a civil matter recently - never actually got a consultation with that lawyer; much different experience with Mr, Berger.

I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Mr. Berger for legal representation. I hired him to represent me in a traffic violation case that would have resulted in 2 points on my license. I have had no violations in 12+ years and there was no accident or even any other cars in the vicinity. I first tried filling out an onli...ne appeal on my own but it was rejected. So I found Mr. Berger through online searching and saw that he had good reviews and was local. He consulted with the prosecutor on my behalf, was able to get a plea deal for a lesser charge, and appeared in court with me. He walked me through every step of the process, responded to my phone calls/texts quickly, and treated me with respect and kindness. I highly recommend his services!

Reassuring and Knowledgeable

He new from the first phone call how to help my son with his traffic ticket. He was able to get a court date that worked for my son’s college schedule and provide paperwork for his limited access to phone or computer. I would highly recommend, especially because he made the experience less intimida...ting.
