Very knowledgeable and provides excellent communication

I highly recommend Daniel Berger as an attorney. He represented my husband in court and did an outstanding job—many of the charges were dropped thanks to his skill and dedication. From the beginning, Dan made the entire process so much easier for us. We were extremely nervous about the court appearan...ce and the tickets my husband was facing, but Dan immediately put us at ease. Excellent Service

Amazing and professional work, I went into court very nervous thinking I was going to have my drivers license suspended and having excessive points being put on my drivers license. However thankfully because of Mr. Berger’s expertise and lengthy experience I was able to get off lightly without any ...points and most importantly kept my drivers license! Money was also a a major concern for me heading into court. I was able to pay a reasonable low amount in fines, penalties and court costs that actually surprised me. Mr Berger’s reasonable flat fee to represent me was also very helpful as I already knew just how much I was going to pay after, our court appearance ended. Mr Berger was also very punctual and responded to my text messages and phone calls for any and all questions. Very convenient if you ask me! Most lawyers have secretary’s or answering machines that make getting in actual contact with a lawyer very tiresome and time consuming but not Mr Berger he will answer your text messages/phone calls in a timely matter. If I could pick or recommend a lawyer for anyone in Ocean County facing traffic/moving violations it would definitely be Mr Berger! Thank you sir!
