Just want to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Dan Berger so much for representing me in Ocean County Superior Court and getting me accepted into the PTI Program. This allowed me to continue to be employed and upon completion having my assault charges and a couple others dropped thus no criminal rec...ord. I knew hiring an attorney would get a one or two charges dropped but I never imagined anyone would be able to get them all dropped! Highly recommend!

I used Daniel Berger for my first ever court case. Being it was my first time appearing in court I had no knowledge on what to expect and was extremely nervous. Daniel walked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable knowing he was just a phone call/text away! Couldn’t have aske...d for more and got the results I wanted. I highly recommend!

Friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced

Daniel Berger did a fantastic job representing me in traffic court. He took care of rescheduling my court date, preparing me for my appearance, and working out plea deal that saved me time, money, and points on my license (I ended up paying a small fine which was more than reasonable). He also answer...ed all of my questions throughout the process and was very responsive and easy to reach. Would recommend!

A Lawyer you can trust and that will have your back

Daniel knows and is dedicated to what he does. He text me a few days before to remind me, call me an hour before court, was in touch via calls & texts with me updating with all the info I needed through the whole process and got me a cheaper fine and off points. Driving court ticket

Mr Bergen repasded me excellent in my court case with his experience and knowledge of this matter I would have lost my license to drive if it wasn't for him knowledge he let me know of my options and the consequences of my actions in the future if I am in this situation again I'll be letting him repa...sded me then also because Mr Bergen was persistent my case was respected to me and the court if not for that I might have lost my driving pervagaves for 30 to 90 days witch I'm unable to afford
