To echo the sentiment of the positive reviews, Todd and Michelle are more than competent. Over two years ago I made a poor choice that landed me in legal trouble. Initially, it resulted in a felony charge. As a person who lacks patience the process felt like a wait game. However, after putting my tru...st in Todd and Michelle the cliche "patience is a virtue" paid off. At one point I wanted to plea to a misdemeanor and accept a diversion program just to get on with my life. Todd pressed me to wait it out. He had several strategies he had been working on. I forced myself to stay humble and trust the process. Over two years later, the case was dismissed. Todd and his team are more than capable and have a strong knowledge of the technicalities of law. Todd represented me on a disorderly persons drug offense in Union County. The court was an absolute mess and I had to show up about 7 different times. Despite the unorderly court and a judge that leaned WAY in favor of the officer, Todd kept pushing and got the charges DISMISSED! I could have used a ...conditional discharge, but with Todd's confidence, we moved for a motion to suppress where the officer would be required to show up. The officer did not show and although the judge didn't want to, Todd pushed to the case to be dismissed. Thanks to his confidence in the court room and a great knowledge of the law, we were able to get all charges dropped. If i ever find myself or someone I know in a similar situation, Todd will be my go to guy.
