MR PALUMBO IS AN EXCELLENT LAWYER AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO HAS A CRIMINAL CASE. I was pulled over for proceeding to the left lane, without the intent of passing another vehicle. The trooper approached my vehicle on the passenger side & stuck half of his fat roided out body through my window. He asked for my license & registration. I opened my glove box & couldnt find my reg. So ...I told him it might be in the back somewhere (My cars a mess). I turn around & start to look. The troop then begins to dig through my glove box & into a folded over Sheetz bag I had been using for trash. He pulls out an empty cigar pouch. I tell him he's not allowed to go through my stuff. He tell me he can do whatever he wants. He tells me to get out of the car, then arrests me. I tell him a million times it's only tobacco, but that wouldnt get him an arrest, would it? I was charged with 3 different marijuana charges & 7 vehicle violations ( I dont even live in NJ, why would I put a front license plate on my car). That all being said, this troop was trying to screw me hard. I was looking at possible jail time, loss of my license for 2 years, & or probation. From the jump, Todd was very helpful & understanding. He knows that cops love to abuse their authority & he wasn't going to stand for it. He was very persistent in obtaining all the correct evidence, before the trial. Finally the trial came & we had everything we needed. He has all the audio & video that said & showed the troop fabricated his initial report. I got off with no drug charges & received the citation I should have received (driving in the left lane without the intent of passing). Todd, exposed the troop for the sociopath that he is. He also showed me that not all lawyers are the money hungry & full of it. He was very chill, professional, & a bit of a jokester. You're in any sort of trouble, Todd Palumbo is your man.
