I CAME ACCROSS TODD PALUMBO BY CHANCE, WHILE I WAS RESEARCHING ON THE INTERNET FOR AN ATTORNEY FOR MY SON WHO WAS ACCUSED OF AGGRAVATED ASSAULT. M...Y SON HAD A HISTORY WITH THE SYSTEM AND WE WERE NOT HOPEFUL OF A GOOD OUTCOME. I HAVE DEALT WITH MANY ATTORNEYS IN THE PAST AND HAVE COME TO THE REALIZATION LIKE MOST THAT WHAT THE GENERAL SENTIMENT FOR LAWYERS/ATTYS, WAS TRUE AND JUSTIFIED. *** UNTIL NOW, TODD HAS RESTORED MY FAITH AND I AM PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO HAVE FINALLY MET SOMEONE WHO GENUINELY CARES, IS PROFESSIONAL, GOES BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, IS COMPATIONATE AND WHO DOESNT TRY TO GOUGE YOU FOR MONEY YOU DONT HAVE. HE IS THE GREATEST!

I recently retained Todd for a traffic case, and he did an incredible job. I didn't know if I had a case but Todd felt he could do something to get the charge reduced. He didn't only get the charge reduced, he got the whole ticket thrown out and saved me a ton of money. He was extremely knowledgeabl...e, friendly, and kind throughout the entire process. He was always informed and easy to reach, and even though my case couldn't have been his biggest one, never once did I feel like I was unimportant or "just another client." I would absolutely recommend Todd for any legal work.

I never bother writing these kinds of reviews, but I have to give this guy a huge recommendation. A friend of mine referred me to Todd, and I retained him to represent me in a DWI case. I need a car to get to and from work so this was a very serious situation for me. This guy deifinitely knows his... stuff when it comes DWI law. The case ended up being dismissed due to improper police procedures. Needless to say, I was ecstatic. He gets 5/5 stars from me in every category!

I was facing a three point ticket for making an illegal k-turn in a bus and hitting a "no parking" sign in the process in Weehawken. Todd got it reduced to a steep fine w/no points (you can get points tickets reduced to heavy fines 2x within five years). If I had wanted to beg and grovel to the prose...cutor, I probably could've gotten it reduced myself, but I didn't want to take any chances so I hired Todd based on his reviews here. In my brief discussion with Todd he was personable and had a good personality. Even the judge made a statement about how good a lawyer Todd is! Several court staff seemed to recognize him, as well. Beware: he charged me 550$ (flat fee) bucks for fifteen minutes of work. He ain't cheap, folks.
