Attorney Hardy was retained on 12/10/2020 to represent me in a custody plan modification. There was a Family Relations Resolution date scheduled for 1/12/2021. I terminated Attorney Hardy's service and wrote the paper myself and filed it. I was able to retain COMPETENT legal counsel before the Tuesday hearing. All Attorney Hardy did on the case was file a motion to represent. When I demanded my flat fee returned to me, I received this email from Him: "It will not be returned in full. You must have lost your mind." When told I would be filing a grievance with the State and the CT Bar association, he emailed the following "File it. Do I appear frightened?". Two day later my retainer was returned. He seemed frightened. This Attoney is completely incompetent and unable to follow through with his own or court deadlines. Do not allow him to represent you. You will definitely regret it. Please do not repeat the mistakes I made.

I hired this lawyer back in 09/18 for my divorce case. My experience was at all in par with what he told me he could do for me. After much missed appointments (not once, have I met him), delays & report which cost me a lot of money in temporary child support & alimony, I had to fired him in 12/18.
