Upon hiring Attorney Hardy, I knew that he meant business. He knows his way around the courtroom and is very sincere and persuasive; not to mention successful. He is the type of lawyer that has been there for me every step of the way thoughout my case and fights hard for the best deal available. I am... a college student, so sometimes my schedule is inconvienient at times. However, I was able to call him any time of the day and if he was unavailable he would call back to make sure I was okay, which is very important for anyone dealing with the stress of facing charges, like me. He has a warm heart, a soothing personality and is honestly a great lawyer overall. Hey, I don't know another lawyer that can make 4 felony charges practically vanish off of my record. My legal issues began in January of this year (2016) and for over four months I was represented by a court appointed attorney who swore before God himself that she was unable to convince the prosecutors office or the judge that I deserved anything less then TWO YEARS of incarceration for my FIRST off...ense of Reckless Driving. First of all let me say I do not generally do reviews. Not sure why just never took the time. That said, I am compelled to do one now. The compelling factory is the stellar legal service I received from Hardiy law group, in particular James Hardy. I was facing multiple felonies, and as my cou...rt appointed attorney put it " you're looking at a moderate time of incarceration at best, perhaps one year. As far as I am concerned any time behind bars is unacceptable. But, Love justice system is stacked against the defendant. Guilty for not!! Anyway, I cannot say enough positive about attorney Hardy and his team. How everyone listens, are approachable, and absolutely dedicated to getting the best possible results for a client. The consummate professionals. This became apparent early on. I will tell you now my case is done, I am a free man with no felony convictions. The results speak volumes.
