This should go with out saying, I lawyer should be forthright and transparent, this was not my experience with Ct lawyers. I called well over 100 lawyers. Attorney Hardy said what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and most important accomplished it. I was an out of state resident with ve...ry old tickets and was able to resolve it! He should be be the first attorney you call in the state of Ct , if you have the same issue. Period.

I was charged with few criminal offenses which I never heard in my lifetime before. Because I was on work permit and I was not sure on the next steps. This arrest made my employer to suspend me. So, I was in the situation where I have neither my family members support who were in different country no...r my employer's support who brought me to USA. Initially I thought of appearing myself for my case because of my financial situation and few other reasons at that time. After many advices, I found no other way rather than hiring an attorney for me to save my life. I understood that it is more important to hire an attorney who can understand my situation, who can position himself in my situation and most importantly, he should be more trustable. This was my first time working with Attorney James Hardy and was very pleased that he was able to get my criminal domestic case dismissed. He knows the local rule of law well and is a very personable and approachable person to speak with and work with and I feel he will give you his honest legal ...advice and personal opinion on what he feels he will be able to do for you regarding your case and specific circumstances, which is what he did for me and my case. Every time I appeared at court Mr. Hardy had several other clients in addition to myself and from what I saw each of them (including myself) was given very fair and honest legal counsel in a strait-forward but compassionate manner and Mr. Hardy and his advice seemed to be well received all around (again, based on my opinion of what I saw). Let's be honest, if your caught red-handed and the evidence has you dead-to-rights with a file of prior cases that's 6 inches thick, there is probably no lawyer in the world that is going to get your charges dropped or your case dismissed (you know who you are, or at least you should)... However, I feel that Mr. Hardy will advocate for you and your case in the best manner possible regardless of the circumstances involved, and with no judgement on his end (again based on my experience in being represented by Mr. Hardy and his legal group). I believe Mr. Hardy's vast experience which he has amassed throughout his career (and the very large amount of cases and clients he has taken and continues to take on, [which I looked-up while doing my own due-diligence prior to hiring Mr. Hardy]) has allowed him to earn a great deal of respect and good rapport with many and probably most of the prosecutors in this state (Connecticut) and allows him to give a fair and honest legal assessment of what he will be able to do for you in regards to your case and all the behind-the-scenes nuances that surround it.
